Dual-Core high performance, featuring with performance for multitasking and real-time
I.MX93 processor integrates 2x Cortex-A55 core with the main frequency of 1.7GHz and 1xCortex-M33 core with the main frequency of 250Mhz. It is a multi-core heterogeneous design, featuring with excellent performance for multitasking and real-time.


0.5 TOPS NPU, contributing to low-cost and lightweight AI application
It has integrated with Arm Ethos-U65 micro NPU,with a computing power of 0.5TOPS, enabling low-power consumption and high-efficiency AI applications.


Integrated with TSN & CAN-FD, meeting the demand for industrial and automotive application
It supports 2xGigabit Ethernet ports, including 1xGigabit supporting TSN, which provides accurate time synchronizing and real-time telecommunication. Meanwhile, it supports 2x CAN-FD to achieve stable data transmission for industrial and automotive applications.


Abundant interfaces, easy for operation
Onboard with MIPI_DSI, LVDS, 1xMIPI_CSI, 2xGigabit Ethernet including 1x Gigabit supporting TSN, 2xCAN-FD, 3xUSB, 4xUART, etc. They can access the various devices flexibly.
