High Performance, Multi-Core Processor
The processor adopts advanced 14nm LPC FinFET, to improve the performance while optimizing power consumption. Quad-Core Cortex-A53 kernel, CPU frequency :1.6Ghz, with one Cortex-M7 kernel, CPU frequency: 800MHz to run real-time operation system.


Machine Learning & Vision
Built-in neural processing unit NPU for machine learning acceleration, up to 2.3 TOPS; Make the edge locally to process machine learning and inference, processing speed is 30 times faster than ARM kernel. It supports object classification, object detection, object recognition, scene parsing etc; NPU supports mainstream AI architectures: Tensorflow-lite, armNN, OpenCV, Caffe. To provide the machine for various application scenes/ deep learning model, to embed AI model into the embedded hardware platform quickly.


Dual image signal processor(ISP)
Integrated with dual ISP,input rate up to 375MPixe /s, to support dual camera input; Supports processing of high dynamic range (HDR) fast multiple exposure, image enhancement and other complex image processing tasks, providing sensitive machine vision.


Aduio and Video Integration Immersive Sensual Experience
Be of LVDS,MIPI-DSI,HDMI2.0 , it supports three interface access at the same time, can achieve three screens with the same display, three screens with the different display; Immersive audio and voice system, it integrated with high-performance HiFi 4 DSP, 6-ch SAI channel, supports I2S TDM, DSD, S/PDIF, 8-channel PDM MIC input, eARC and ASRC multi digital audio interface.


Interfaces Integration
Onboard with 2-ch Gigabit Ethernet, 3-ch USB 3.0, 1-ch Type-C, 2-ch M.2 (To externally connect SSD module, 4G/5G module),2-ch CAN-FD high speed communication port, to achieve high efficiency and fluent data transmission; Onboard with Wi-Fi Module, 4-ch RS232, 1-ch RS485,MIPI-DSI, LVDS, HDMI, I2C, GPIO, SIM etc. Signals on SOM Module are fully drawn out, with strong extension, to meet the different product’s application requirement.
