Qiyang Intelligence——Industrial Intelligent Terminal based on I.MX6

The embedded industrial intelligent terminal integrates networked communication, interactive touch, data acquisition, and data transmission functions. It runs an embedded operating system and supports a variety of standard communication protocols to realize the comprehensive perception and reliable data transmission and intelligent computing of the Industrial Internet of Things. Users can manually control, read or set parameters through the touch screen, and can monitor the real-time operation data, status, production status and alarm information of the equipment. It has statistical functions such as reports, curves, and column charts. It can complete data analysis with the help of related software and help user better production planning and related decisions.


 

The embedded industrial intelligent terminal can use the Qiyang Cortex-A9 i.MX6 development board, which is based on the high-performance core and Linux embedded operating system, to achieve wireless remote communication, human machine interaction interface, data acquisition, and other functions.


  • Cortex-A9 high-speed core processor, 1.0GHz operating frequency, industrial-grade large-capacity memory, to ensure smooth equipment without jamming. Supporting SD cards expand storage space, and data can be stored cyclically without power loss.
  • The development board has rich multimedia functions and supports 2D/3D acceleration and multi-format 1080p video hard coding and decoding. Supporting a variety of display interfaces can be connected to multi-size screens. And the standard capacitive screen interface realizes a simple human-machine interface to intuitively display various types of data and production status;

  • Equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G/4G, GPS, Ethernet, and other interfaces, and can also expand LoRa, Zigbee, Bluetooth, and other modules according to actual applications. A variety of network communication methods, equipment access to the network, and data transmission are more convenient. The data information can be simultaneously reported to multiple supervision centers to reduce the cost and installation difficulty of external equipment.
  • Multi-channel RS232, and RS485 serial ports can be connected to instruments and sensors of various serial ports, and the rich interfaces can reduce the complexity of the application.
  • It adopts an industrial-grade design, which can work normally under complex conditions such as high and low temperatures. And it has excellent moisture-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof, and anti-interference performance, ensuring stable operation in various industrial environments.
